ABOUT ARSC ARSC The ARSC is an Asian umbrella organization of the national federations of rope skipping for amateurs and professionals. The ARSC aims at promoting the training of its members by means of sporting activities in the form rope skipping tournaments, workshops and camps. We have further adapted to the times by offering membership worldwide. ARSC is affiliated to the World Rope Skipping Confederation or WRSC |
